Dr. Allener (Sissy) M. Baker-Rogers 

Allener M. Baker-Rogers, Ed.D. holds undergraduate degrees in journalism and communications, a graduate degree in educational psychology and doctorate in higher education leadership. Allener is an experienced director of academic and professional development programs targeting K-12 and higher education institutions.

Additionally, Dr. Rogers has extensive advisory and non-profit board of directors’ experience, particularly at the executive level. Finally, Dr. Rogers is an experienced professor and practitioner of educational research and program evaluation. She is a co-author of They Carried Us: The Social Impact of Philadelphia's Black Women Leaders.
